Field Day – “Floral Extravaganza”
[Includes sumptuous buffet lunch]

A field day is planned for Thursday 31st August.

Participants will visit flower growing enterprises and a state-of-the-art research facility in the bayside area of Brisbane known as The Redlands. The main event will be the Cut Flower Trials of Highsun Express who, in conjunction with Propagation Australia, will host the ‘Floral Extravaganza’ showcasing more than 400 cut flower species and colour varieties.

Highsun Express will display large comparison trials of Lisianthus, as well as Statice, Stocks, Snapdragon, Delphinium, Ranunculus, Larkspur, Lilium, Campanula, Asters, Trachelium, Matricaria, Solidago, and Eryngium.

Propagation Australia will add value to this colourful display by showing extensive trials of Chrysanthemums and Carnations.
